Here's what's new in Q3
1. Effortless data connection
2024 has been a major milestone in new capabilities, especially data connection. Integrating your systems and getting data into Lexer is faster and easier. With our improved APIs, expanded platform connections, and new documentation, we’ve streamlined every step.
1.5B events in 43 mins
Last year we updated our plug-and-play integrations to read and save all data as events in the Lexer CDXP. We’ve now introduced high-performance APIs that allow clients to directly write data as events. Speeding up onboarding, and providing more flexibility, just last week one client was able to write 1.5 billion (with a b) customer, reservation, booking, and engagement events in only 43 minutes!
Custom events
In August we introduced custom events in the CDXP. We can now capture any event far beyond our 10 pre-configured “out-of-the-box” event types, unlocking endless segmentation and analysis use cases - think booking, reservation, membership, service, and loyalty data - Lexer can handle it.
Comprehensive API docs
The Lexer API reference guide also received a major refresh. Our easy to follow step-by-step guides walk you through how to effectively use the suite of Lexer APIs, improving setup and increasing productivity.
Daily metrics to BI
We added the ability for key customer metrics to be automatically exported each day to BI tools via S3. These customer metrics - powered by Lexer Track Tables - are being used in vital weekly boardroom reports. Lexer clients have over 1,000 reporting metrics at their disposal.
