Meet the speakers
General Manager E-Commerce at Brand Collective
Patrick is the General Manager of E-commerce at Brand Collective, where he managers e-commerce trade, website development & digital marketing for a number of Australia’s leading footwear and apparel brands.
In his career, he has worked across several fashion apparel & footwear businesses including Myer, Australian Fashion Labels and as a consultant for a number of local brands.
He holds an MBA and Masters of Marketing from Melbourne Business School, a Finance degree from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, and previously worked in corporate finance at Deloitte.
Patrick is an advocate of customer-first marketing and believes strongly in utilising both qualitative and quantitative feedback to direct strategy at every level of an organisation.
Group GM of Digital, the PAS Group
Anna is the GM for Digital and Loyalty for PAS Group, one of Australia’s leading fashion apparel groups, with over 20 years of experience. She is responsible for the development of the company’s digital and loyalty strategies, and establishing new strategic partnerships across the company’s omni-channel brands: Review, Jet’s Swimwear, Black Pepper, Yarra Trail, Marco Polo, Bondi Bather and B.O.D by Rachel Finch.
Anna is passionate, driven leader whose expertise in implementing and managing digital solutions and initiatives has been a major contribution in shaping the consumers experience whilst on the group’s digital platforms.
Anna’s digital strategy has successfully improved the PAS Group’s ability to personalise engagement with consumers through the deployment of marketing cloud technology, opening up a wealth of customer behavioural and activity data allowing its brands to better target customers, resulting in significant revenue growth as well as customer advocacy.

David has spent his career applying a passion for creativity and technology with his entrepreneurial spirit to drive transformative growth in companies he loves.
Since mid 2014, David has focussed on Lexer, a data and analytics software company. During this time, Lexer has grown 20x and now services global clients and the number 1 or 2 in almost every industry in Australia.
David also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of MYER, GWS Giants Foundation and Melbourne Festival.
Prior to Lexer, David spent a decade with M&C Saatchi, locally and globally building the digital practice, starting new agencies and ultimately as Managing Director of M&C Saatchi Group in Australia.
