A company that chose to move their business elsewhere. Sadly, this company’s PR agency convinced them to defect to a slow moving US provider owned by a very large listed software sales(force) company.
C’est la vie. Or whatever they say.
The incumbent vendor wasn’t performing.
They were too expensive.
Support was impossible to access.
Their UI was unintuitive and confusing.
The products didn’t interoperate.
And the training was pathetic.
Did we mention the outrageous cost?
So our ex-client was open minded and determined to consider Lexer amongst the best of breed from around the world.
