The SaaS industry’s first brewery

The SaaS industry’s first brewery

Today

We launched a brewery.

What? Wait, a software company brewing their own beer?

Yep.

What is this witch craft?

Our team are made up of some seriously talented connoisseurs of the froth: a mix of thinkers who contrive the malty blends and doers who trawl through gumtree to find the cheap bar fridges.

Over the past few weeks they have put together a giant lego kit of brewing essentials- with Lexer lego even forming the base of an early fermenter.

Each member of the team will contribute to the brewing process, so, just like our Action Cloud, our brew reflects the many varying talents and palettes of Lexer HQ (and SQ).

The first brew is a rich malty American pale ale with simcoe, mosaic and Ella hops. It’s called Petulant Pale Ale.

It’s a gorgeous concoction of burgundy magic with notes of team work, inclusivity and of course, precision in office beer making.

Brews will be timed to run in accordance with our 3 week product sprints — so new release, new beer.

From now on when you read our new release notes, you’ll also be privy to our brew release notes too!

The only thing exclusive about our beer is its availability — it’s made for our clients and our team to enjoy with responsibility and relish.

We’ve even registered lexer.beer with the good people at the internet for anyone looking for a one hop shop for all things Lexerbrau.
